Having worked with the developer through planning and funding the site with a cashflow bridge, the team at Aquilae put in a holding bridge for the client to refinance expensive senior and mezzanine finance in order to meet their objectives. This was the third transaction that was funded for the developer allowing them to realise their opportunities.
